| Description | In co-operation with each of the Atlantic Provinces, APSEA is responsible to provide educational services, programs, and opportunities to students who are blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing from birth to 21 years of age who are residents of Atlantic Canada. Depending on the student’s needs, services are provided in the student’s home, local school or through a resource centre in Halifax. |
