What We Do

Neil Squire provides assistive technology (AT) services across all anglophone schools in New Brunswick. Teachers and parents of students with disabilities can request AT consultations, AT assessments and AT training by contacting Tracy Ryan, our Coordinator of AT Programs & Services for K-12 at tracyr@neilsquire.ca.

Neil Squire’s AT Specialists can complete assessments in-person at the school, or virtually. Following AT Consultations, AT training plans can be developed in partnership with Resource teachers. From there, our trainers can provide both in-person and remote training sessions to help students learn to use their assistive technology.

Neil Squire is also available to deliver customized training sessions for parents, teachers and AT users. Training sessions can include information on how to access our services, demonstrations, and hands-on use of various assistive technologies, from built-in tools on computers and tablets to specialized devices and programs.
